Mahi Luxe Returns & Refund Policy

At Mahi Luxe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury jewelry purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Please note: We do not accept returns for:

Used or opened items

Items without proof of purchase

Custom or personalized products

Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@mahiluxe.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return

Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for returning the product

You may be responsible for return shipping unless the product was faulty or incorrect


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days through the original method of payment

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged delivery


4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
