Q: How long does delivery take in UAE?
A: Standard delivery within UAE: 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery available in Dubai for selected items (check product page).

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes — Free delivery on orders over AED 500 across UAE. For orders below AED 500 standard shipping fee applies.

Q: What is your return & replacement policy?
A: We offer a 7-day Return & Replacement policy from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags. For damaged/defective items we provide free replacement or full refund after verification.

Q: Do you charge VAT?
A: Yes — UAE VAT (5%) is applied at checkout where applicable and will appear on your invoice.

Q: Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: COD is available for UAE orders (subject to availability). COD orders may include an extra handling fee.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS. Use the courier’s tracking link to follow delivery.

Q: Do you ship outside UAE?
A: Yes — we ship to GCC (KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait) and selected international regions. Shipping time and duties vary by destination.
